FACILITATOR TRAINING 2008

This is an Open Training for all who are interested in learning and practicing more about systemic constellations without having to commit to a formal training. Those who want to be part of the 2009 formal training may consider this year as part of the valuable preparation time needed for such a commitment.

2008 OPEN TRAINING SCHEDULE AND FEES

OPEN TRAINING DAYS are open to all those interested in learning about and practicing the art of constellation facilitation no matter your skill level or experience. The training meets students where they are and progresses from there. The environment created is one of mutual support and respect. While participants are invited to set up a constellation for themselves with time permitting, there is no guarantee that each and every participant will be able to do so. This is a drop-in group, although registration is encouraged.

ADVANCED TRAINING DAYS are also open to the general public although the focus will be on strengthening the skill set of those with substantial training or experience. Participants in the Advanced Training Days will be part of the training process and will have the opportunity to learn from experienced facilitators as they are being coached. While participants are invited to set up a constellation for themselves with time permitting, there is no guarantee that each and every participant will be able to do so. This is a drop-in group, although registration is encouraged.

WORKSHOPS are considered part of the preparation for becoming a facilitator. Students have the opportunity to learn from direct experience and transmission of systemic constellations, but also may encounter deep insights into systemic resolution work from attending to their own healing of personal, family and professional issues. MENTORING GROUP
If it becomes clear that there is a core group of interested students who regularly attend the training days and the workshops, then a Mentoring Group will be formed in recognition of this commitment. Additional attention will be given to this committed group, such as meeting during or after a workshop in order to learn from experience.
