The training has been steadily evolving with student feedback being used to improve the design each year.

2007 Training
Returning students continuing into 2007 joined the incoming class in January. The second year students act as additional resources and mentors to those who are newer to the work. Current students are available to share their experiences and observations with those who are considering this training.

This program reflects my belief that we learn best and take appropriate risks when we encounter a safe and nurturing environment. Each student comes to this work with his or her own talent, skill set, and life experiences. I respectfully encourage students to build on this foundation at a pace that suits them. The amount of time and practice needed to become a competent and confident practitioner will vary. Every effort has been made to create an experientially designed program that combines curriculum content, direct experience, and practicum. This program is a balanced approach toward learning to work effectively with the knowing field.

Content includes but is not limited to General Systems Theory, major systemic therapeutic approaches, and the principles and practices of systemic constellations.

Direct Experience is set up to take place in the Weekend Workshops, which are open to the public. Students will use these opportunities to learn, attend to their own healing, and take their next steps as trainees. Students are also encouraged to experience other facilitators' work in order to recognize the variety of presentations and approaches this work can take and to help develop their own unique style of engaging with the field.

Practice will occur during all Training Days (which are open to students only), in the Peer Practice Group, and Coaching and Supervision days (which are open to the public).
